  • 500 miles per rental
  • 750 miles per rental for MileagePlus Chase Cardmembers
  • 1,000 miles per rental for MileagePlus Premier Silver and Premier Gold members
  • 1,250 miles per rental for MileagePlus Premier Platinum, Premier 1K^® and Global Services^℠ members
• Miles can be earned on all qualifying rentals at participating Hertz locations worldwide.
• A flight is not required to earn miles.
• MileagePlus account number required to receive mileage credit.

• MileagePlus Reservation and Award Travel: (800) 241-6522
• To request Missing Mileage Credit, click the "Retroactive Credit Form" below for details. Retroactive Mileage Credit can be requested up to 12 months after rental date.
• For rentals in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada when the renter chooses to receive MileagePlus miles a Frequent Flyer Surcharge of $0.75 per day will apply.
